Proper fitness centre

I am the founder of Flexy N' Fit Gym, a township gym located in Newscom (Area), Kabokweni (township), Nelspruit (City), Mpumalanga province, Ehlanzeni district municipality in South Africa. I established this gym to encourage a healthy lifestyle, weightlifting, support those who want to lose and maintain their body weight.

We are leasing two small, partitioned rooms previously part of a Spaza shop (tuck shop) next door. The two rooms are not suitable for the gym, but it was the only place we got; however, they are not custom-built for a gym. The building does not have the following crucial and necessary features;
windows
a proper ventilation system
ablution facilities
showers
locker rooms
administrative area, to mention a few.

We have one 20-liter bucket for drinking water, some of our trainees bring their water bottles, and we use one toilet across the road. During workouts, trainees often step outside to catch a breath of fresh oxygen, come back, and continue. We often face criticism for the poor conditions of the gym, but some community members understand that it is only our beginning and choose to join.
