Campaign Story
Project Dignity aims to distribute sanitary packs to 1500 girls, our goal is to reduce school absenteeism caused by girls not having access to sanitaryware during their menstruation. Many girls simply do not go to school during their period as they have no sanitaryware and have to make use of unhygienic methods such as old rags and news papers.
Please help us fight period poverty by donating today, a pack costs just R210,50 ($13,5) and will last a girl for 3-5 years. The added bonus is that the pads supplied are eco-friendly so we are also reducing plastic pollution.
