With the exclusion of track cycling at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games, I have set my sights on the 2017 SEA Games to do my country proud, one last time. As an independent athlete, the struggle of getting to a velodrome to get the necessary training and specific coaching required to be competive at an international level continues to be an uphill task. I have relied entirely on the support of family, friends and sponsors to get to where I am today. The 2017 SEA Games will most likely be my swan song. I am hoping to reach out, to gather the support needed to get the best of preparations, to give myself the best possible chance of vying for top honors. My campaign starts in 2015 at the Asian Cycling Championships in February where I will be racing the Kerin and Sprint.
While I am already looking to upgrade my bike, priority of the funding will go to overseas training camps, races and coaching. Races include both international UCI and domestically sanctioned races in Asia and Asia Pacific, to gain UCI points and the results necessary to meet the national qualification criteria. The major races will certainly be the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Asian Cycling Championships, and UCI Track Cups in the region. A bare minimum of $5000 would be able to get me to these races, but I'm hoping to put aside more to get to more Track Cups and training camps, as well as a new race bike. I will be extremely thankful for any amount you may wish to contribute. If you've always rooted for the underdog, believe that hard work, persistence and determination pays off, my doors are open. Every little bit will go a long way.

I may have doubted myself at times but I have always believe that I will make it. I hope you will too. It's now or never.
