Venique Equine Centre & Horse Sanctuary

We are a small organization, a group of 4.

We are working hard together to create a safe haven for horses and all things equine.

We take on horses that have been abused and neglected, starved and unwanted, as well as those who just need a safe comfortable place to retire.

We are seeking help from anyone willing and able to help us.

We are in desperate need of funding to help us rebuild and renovate our facilities to ensure the very best for our equine babies.

We need to have our stables upgraded and made safe – (enough to stable at least 15 horses at a time). Because our stables cannot cater for all at once we are also looking for blankets for the winter months.

Our Paddocks need to be built and renovated to ensure safety among the horses as well as having separate paddocks for mares with foals. We would like our paddocks to have some sort of shelter for protection from the heat as well as the rain and cold.

We are also in desperate need of hay bales (eragrotis /teff or lucerne) as well as bags of feed. Many of the horses we encounter are extremely underweight and malnourished.

We are asking for help from the public to volunteer, farriers, vets and dental care as well as grooming.

Please help us to create the safest possible home for our animals

Thank you Venique Equine Centre Team
