PPA Program (Provision, Preparation & Assistance Program)

I have had this dream of assisting job seekers and people looking for employment for almost over 10 years now. I then came up with this exciting and revolutionary concept after being in the Human Resource environment for 13 years. My concept revolves around the idea of continuous assistance as opposed to once off service in terms of Curriculum Vitae's, Cover letters and most importantly the Interview process. So I want to have a service aimed at the whole process from job application up to the important part of the actual interview. I want to be of assistance in the logistical and technical sense of the process, but then I want to incorporate research, networking, visual grooming, confidence enhancement as well as practical simulation into the model. This means that I want to prepare and assist the job applicant/ job seeker holistically to be as best prepared as possible. Unlike normal recruitment agencies, I want to walk the difficult road with the client and establish a sustainable relationship throughout his/ her career. As this is a unique idea and model that I want to come up with, it requires innovative thinking and an innovative approach because I want to make it relevant and modern to accommodate today's economic climate. I want to provide a helpline service and walk-in service to clients. I need the funds to among others register my business, register my IP (Intellectual Property), acquire an office conducive to meeting with clients as well as render simulation sessions, office equipment (printers, etc), marketing material, etc. A short outline of my idea is as follows:

CV’s and Cover Letter – A uniquely drafted professional CV and Cover Letter pertaining to each specific job.

Research – Company profile, Responsibilities, Possible interview questions and answers, Position background and skills required.

Visual Grooming – Assistance with visual presentation.

Interview preparation and simulation.

Interview and job application tips and guidance.

Walk-in/ Call/ On-line assistance to existing client with all their relevant needs

Though similar ideas might exist, they exist only in segments and there is no comprehensive service which covers all needs in this respect. My model/ concept try to as far as possible incorporate all aspects of the job seeking process and at the same time will prove to also be a motivational and upliftment process in terms of enhancing self believe and confidence. It will be a beneficial and productive relationship between me as the service provider and the client (job seeker). This model caters for both unemployed as well as employed clients.
