I am nearing the time for my college graduation. I will hopefully be graduating in May 2014, the end of this academic school year, from Cameron University with a Bachelor of the Arts (BA) degree in Theatre Arts. This is an exciting time for me and my family; however, as most of your probably know, jobs in theatre are few and far between in the area that I am currently living in. So, with that being said, it is time for me to look into a new location to begin; however, relocating across the country is a very expensive task. I am asking for help with this. Instead of buying me gifts or sending me things in the mail, not to say that your sweet congratulations cards are not welcome, I am asking for donations towards my relocation fund. I have worked very hard over the last four years to pour every bit of myself that I can into my collegiate learning experience. I have participated in many productions, both on stage and behind the scenes. I am most proud of my role as the Man in Chair in the Drowsy Chaperone and my current work as the costume designer for Cameron University's production of Metamorphoses. I have also worked a position as a student worker in the theatre arts department at Cameron University for the past two years and I have been working as an administrative assistant at Lawton Community Theatre for the past year. As you can see, I have put a vast amount of work into my education and I would really love to be able to take my life to a new place. I have added rewards that will be given out based on how much is donated!
Thank you in advance for contributing to my future. I love you all!
