POP Pilates with Rafia

I teach free Online POP Pilates classes every week in the hope of encouraging everyone to stay active, especially during this crazy worldwide quarantine period. These classes are attended by individuals living all over the world and it brings a fun sense of community while working out and staying active.

I love teaching these classes and would be so grateful for your support in sustaining them.
