Please save Ijeoma’s life

Please help my best friend. She's dying and has had a terrible life. Please help donate to save her. I've sold all I have to help her this far but now we need help. She's watched her dad get assassinated at 10 and since then has been abandoned, raped, abused, beaten and shattered by her family.
