Please SAFE my daughter – ShiHan – A kid with Acute promyelocytic leukemia

My daughter, Shihan, is in desperate need of medical funding. She is dying due to a lack of funds. Please help my poor little baby girl!

She is one year old and has been diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL). The recovery ratefor APL is very high (85% to 90%), but without sufficient funds, her chance of survival is 0%.

We are struggling to afford her medical treatments. Her out-of-pocket expenses already surpass $30,000, and we need an additional $50,000 for her follow up treatments and medications. If a bone marrow transplant is required, the costs may be doubled or even tripled.

My husband and I come from Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in SiChuan, which is one of the poorest areas in China. Our combined household income is less than USD $10,000/year, and we have already borrowed more than USD $20,000 for her treatment.

In addition to my daughter Shihan, I have a five-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son. They haven’t seen us for a long time because I have to take care of Shihan in the hospital; and my husband has to work in another city. Due to financial difficulties, the two children are not only suffering from a lack of essential goods, but also have had to resort to helping on the farm to make ends meet.

我的女儿诗涵急需医药费，她很可能会因缺少医药费而死亡。请大家救救这个可怜的小宝宝。

我女儿只有1岁多，却被确诊了急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）。APL的治愈率高达85%-90%，但是如果缺少资金，诗涵生还的可能性为零！

我们已经无力支撑她的医疗费用。至今为止，我们的自费金额已经超过3万美金。我们还需要大约5万美金才能支付她的后续治疗费用。并且，如果她需要骨髓移植，所需费用会更高。

我和我的丈夫来自中国最贫穷的地区之一：四川大凉山。我们的家庭年收入不超过1万美金，却已经为诗涵借了2万美金的债务了。

我还有一个五岁的女儿和一个三岁的儿子。因为我在医院照顾诗涵，丈夫在外务工，这两个孩子已经很久没有见过父母。并且，因为经济困难，两个较大的孩子不仅缺乏必需的生活用品，还需要帮助家里务农。
