please keep a family together

we are a newly married couple of One year and a few months (jury 23) my wife has chronic MS which seems to worsen each day she lives in constant and daily pain and does her best to deal with her condition, she has had two minor strokes and a few seizures over the last few months and just two weeks ago she was rushed to the hospital she has developed opticnuritoues she has since have had to leave her job making me the sole income provider, due to issues at home with my wife illness i Have lost my job and have no income coming into our home I have found more employment but in jeopardy of losing our only source of transportation and the only way of getting my wife back and forth to her medical appointments we also have been handed a eviction notice asking for us to be out on December 26 as of now we have no Christmas for our children, Christmas is not our major concern its being able to have a roof over our heads food in our cabinet and a way back and forth to maintain a job and be able to stay together, if we lose our house we have nowhere to go and no insight on how we will be able to stay together please if possible help us.
