Please I Need Help!

Hello! Good Morning! My name is Tharanga and I'm a Sri Lankan.I'm writing this message
to you because I have no option than asking help from people who have kind heart and like to help others.
I'm married and I have 6yrs old son. My husband is working at Sri Lanka Navy. We are living in a rented house in Bandaragama, in Kalutara District Sri Lanka.
These days we have fallen on some hard times and very difficult for living for three of us.
My husband's salary is not enough for living. We have to pay 8000 Rupees (about 70USD) per month for our rented house.
I am suffering from Psoriasis, a skin disease. I have to expense about 6000 LKR (about 50USD) per month for treatments.
And it was a big money for us. We cannot save 100LKR (<1USD) per month. Expenses are too high and we are living through so many difficulties.
We have to buy a land and built a small house for 3 of us. This is the major problem we are thinking about these days.
We cannot buy a land because we have no savings, or opportunity for that.
We tried so much to get a loan from our government. But that didn't work. It is possible only if we have some contacts
or relations in the government's 'political party'. It is so hard to get a help from our government as we are poor. Rich people get loans and charities
easily from the government, but not the people like us to get a help from our government.
Now we both (me & my husband) are in depression, mentally down because we cannot find a solution for our financial problems.
I really want to buy a land and build a small house to live for three of us.
But buying a land is impossible for us. It will never happened because we have no money for that.
But I don't want to live in rented houses forever. Though that is the undeniable truth for us.
Because we cannot do anything about it.
But that is not what I hope. If we can buy a land my husband and I can build up a little house
by binding a brick by brick. My husband can make cement bricks and bind a wall by himself.
So we'll be able to build a house somehow if we can purchase a land. In Bandaragama
a perch is about 150,000LKR to 195,000LKR (1000USD to 1500USD).
A 10 Perches land would be 10,000USD to 15,000USD.
I am praying 'Mother Nature' for a bit of land for me.
Sir, If I would be lucky enough to have a little bit concern from you..., I will never forget that forever.
It would change my whole life. And my husband will have a big relief, as he suffering from depression because of
lot of financial problems that he'll never be able to resolve.
If our homeless situation became to an end, Our lives may fullfill with happiness. This is my only hope!
