Please help us buy a house both parents on disabilty

Me and my girlfriend are on permit disabilty and unable to get on feet or get approve for a home loan because of bad credit and our income is stoping us from giving our two kids a home and a yard to play in . We have to keep our three year old in the house because we don't have a safe place for her to outside . and we live in a small two bed room apartment we have a 5 month old baby boy that shares a room with his sister that is three so as they get older they won't be able to room together . Me and my gf don't have any family that cares for us so we are on our own . I have a in large center heart valve stage 5 And my girlfriend is a survivor of cancer . So please find in your hearts to help us.
