Please Help Sally

Please help me. I am in a crisis and appealing for your help. I am currently battling a rare form of cancer at stage 4 (four) with multiple metastasis. The cancer has grown by more than 187% in the last year. I have been through extensive radiation and chemotherapy as well as a 10 (ten) hour surgical operation to remove the re-occurrence of this fatal and progressive disease. I am fighting this disease with great force and determination to live as long as possible for the sake of my children. They need their mother. My final wishes are to be able to enjoy what time I have and to live in peace knowing that when I wake up in the morning I don't have to worry about how to pay the bills and if I have enough food to put on the table every single day. I am not able to work due to my medical condition and my husband is unable to provide for the family due to his illness of constant chronic pain caused by degenerative disc and bone disease (medically documented). So please I ask you again to be compassionate and help me in any way possible. Your help will have a positive impact on the quality of my life. The expenses that I need to cover involve rent, bills, food for the family, special diet foods for myself, medications such as (pain control, anti seizure, steroids to prevent inflammation, as well as alternative supplements to promote longevity), transportation costs to and from hospital for treatment and follow-ups.

I thank you sincerely for your support and understanding. I cannot describe how it feels to see myself disintegrate like this. I have been getting up every day and facing my disease. I just cannot do it by myself any longer.
