Please help my hand so I could help others

On December 11, 2013 I had a accident and my hand was broken. I felt it would be broken, but i wasnt sure, maybe a sprain. I went to the emergency room and they put on a splint and told me to follow up with a orthopedist, I didn't plan to go because I didn't think it was that bad. The next day I was in more pain , so my husband made the appointment for me. I went and the doctor told me I would need surgery to fix my hand. It was btoken in the middle just under the fourth finger. One December 27, 2013 I had surgery. They put in a metal plate and 6 screws. I have a heart problem making it longer to heal, but I go to physical therapy 3 times and school is getting ready to start for me. I'm in my second semester of school for EMT training. I don't know what to expect but I'm wearing a special splint for the next few months so my hand can heal. I refuse to miss this semester because of this . I need to raise the money for my bills, meds and transportation to and from school and physical therapy please help me. I chose healthcare because I want to help others. I need both of my hands to do that.
