Please help my family

My name is Charlie.

I need it for my family. This is important to me because my kids cannot afford the tuition for their college and high school, we are falling behind a lot of bills, and my wife just got diagnosed with cancer which needs a lot of money and time for the treatments and recovery. I am unable to fund this myself due to I lost my shops during the pandemic as there is no customers at all, and my wife got laid off from her company as they were in a financial crisis.
