Please help my dog, Luke.

I am attempting to raise money to buy a strongly built wagon for my dog, Luke, to ride in. He is a good boy, we got him from the Humane Society as a puppy, and only a few months later he developed hip dysplasia. His right hip is the worse of the two. His spirit just seemed to start dying when he could no longer get out for walks and jogs with my girl dog, Ginny. He even stopped eating. I bought a wagon to pull him in, supposedly tough enough to carry 1,000 pounds, but it broke with Luke in it after only a few days. Those few days, though! He was so happy that it broke my heart when that wagon broke, and I had to carry him home. The next day, he was so sad. He stopped eating and his condition began to worsen again.
