Please help me!Gastric sleeve for a new life!

Hi,

My name is Neli and I am 31 years old,i am gratuated High College Music from Romania Bucharest with degree in learning violin and music theory.

I am the mother of two wonderful children and I have been struggling with obesity since I was a child but now is get to a level were i never thought i would get(with all diet i have 120kg/1.60cm high)

Life was not so well with me,because i no have brother's or sister's,my mother was born me when she was have 39years old and i was he's first and last child.

But with all of that she is died in 2011- from that time my life was change and i was become an adult without noubody with me-just me and my child without husbond. In 2012 we was reconciled with my husband.It was coming and the second child but with my second child the problems of my husband regarding alcohol was growing and we was divorted. In all thease time my weight is going to grow up based on the stressing life and problems.

Now i have 120kg and 1.60cm higher,is very difficult cu move ,to breathe, to can play even with my child's.

I have a beginning of diabetes,blood pressure too high(185/104;163/118) emotionally eating,and an BMI42.

I am in the point were after i eat i hate my self, i social isolate, not looking in the mirror even.

I live now in United Kingdom, working as cleaner , and growing my two children but here is very difficult to can get the surgery Gastric Sleeve through NHS, and in privat is more then 10.000£.

I am originally from Romania, and i was interest about Gastric sleeve what i find out is arround 5000£.

I was can save 1000£ till now but i am still very far away from my dream.( all girl are dreaming to a nice wedding dress-my dream is to see myself healthy and to can play with my child's without to have breack time because of my breathe)

iI was not request or begging never in my life and maybe meny of you will thing i want that surgery for the beauty or is just an excuse.

Who was doing allredy thease type of surgery know's no for the beauty i wish to can grow up my child's because i am their only support in the life and to can heal my body and to be able mentally to go out again,have social life,enjoy and live belong to my child's well and healthy without being necessary to be tired.

Gastric sleeve surgery removes a big part of your stomach that gets larger with your gaining weight and Making the sensation of hunger disappear if this go away I can focus on the mental hunger that got me here end will let me become the woman what I always wish to be but my body was not let me.
