Please Help Me Start My Non-Profit Organization for Inner City Males

Our inner city males are being left behind and we are making excuses for them instead of doing something to help the problem. Statistics show that 33% of inner city males are either under educated, under employed, unemployed, incarcerated or DECEASED. This non-profit is to start helping fix these issues. So please help me, help our inner city males to get on the right track. By giving them a productive, positive foundation to help with heading them in the right direction.
