Please help me live a normal life

Hello good people!

My name is Danail and I live in Sofia, Bulgaria. I was a normal person in his youth (28) striving to achieve his goals in life - find a nice job, get married, have a nice family and live a normal life. However, all went to a halt in 2021.

Due to medical negligence I was left with damaged hearing. Doctors conveyed a caloric test which almost immediately left me suffering from severe tinnitus and hyperacusis - these are both rear ear conditions which are considered incurable and affect only a small percentage of human kind. Hyperacusis is considered to be experienced in only 5 percent whereas tinnitus 10-15 percent. They are extremely deliberating and deeply affected my life. I am struggling with concentration and insomnia and hence I am underperforming in every aspect of life - in my occupation, socializing, being there for my family and friends and trying to be my old self again.

I am unable to tolerate moderate level sounds and they cause pain in my ears. Everyday situations such as having a conversation with someone deeply hurts my ears and cause sounds to be distorted and I am forced not to leave my house in my free time in order for my ears to rest.

As for the tinnitus - it has only been worsening since the onset. I can hear the noise almost 24/7 and it has been getting louder and more high pitched and multi tonal without me being exposed to loud sounds.

I visited the top ENTs in my country and went through pill treatments, hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions, different sound therapies and supplements - all that with no avail.
