Please help me leave the UK before it kills me!

I have been treated terribly in the UK all my life being subjected to lifelong intrusive and financially beneficial to others surveillance whilst being abused, bullied, injured (mentally and physically) without prevention or punishment for the wrongdoers, and being made ill and hounded out of homes and a career due to the ignoring of assault, asb, noise nuisance, crime and drugs by police, council, housing association and poor laws with poor resourcing from central government under New Labour, Coalitions, and Conservatives.

Please help me raise enough to emigrate and start a fresh somewhere new.

I would obviously need;

Money in my pocket

Money in my account for housing, possible language courses, retraining to get a job, transport etc.
