Please help me catch a break

please help me settle my debt... i have had to take Loans to just make it through each month and now I am struggling even more ,I had to take a loan to cover the shortfall of my medical aid for a surgery and then money for everytime I had to visit the emergency room for my daughter then we really needed groceries one month and the list just goes on, I had minor surgery in March due to being sick for nearly two months and developing a nasty antibiotic resistant bug . Haven't been able to catch a break since the start of the year between myself and my daughter getting very sick . And then having to deal with unexpected expenses . I am now getting sick again as I am sleeping so little due to being stressed about money , I just need a little helping hand to stabilise in order to go forward. Any help is greatly appreciated and I will gladly pay it forward to others who are struggling, when I can afford to .
