PLEASE HELP COOPER

Hi my name is Eleanor and im setting up a fundraiser for my neighbors puppy"Cooper"...Cooper was assaulted and set on fire by unknown person or persons...Thankfully Cooper survived but is in great need of veterinary care...Coopers owners(my good friend and neighbors)have exhausted all there funds...it would be greatly appreciated if we band together to help Cooper either by donations or just simply sharing this story with others.
