Please help choco

Hi good samaritans.

I was a self-employed Nail artist.
However due to medical conditions early this year.
I've been unable to drive and make ends meet.
I am a 36 year old Widow. When i found out i am unable to conceived.
My deceased husband and i adopted Lovely Choco During the year 2015.
However since, the passing of my Husband in 2018, due to an unfortunate accident while working overseas, it has only been Choco and I. During this circuit period , i had a hard time getting any ad-hoc job due to underlying health problems.

Now i have exhausted my savings for Choco and mine medical fees and day-to-day living expenses. It's getting tougher to provide for the both of us anymore.
It saddens me that i have to give up Choco for adoption soon. Thus, I'm here to implore anyone to chip in a bit for me to help with Choco's medical fee. Choco himself is not young anymore . And i wish to spend another few more years,if not, months with him.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
