Please Help Autistic Student Afford School Supplies

My name is Rachael Townsend and I am starting this gogetfunding account because I need help paying for school supplies and clothes for college. I am trying to go back to college to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education. This is a goal that I have had for a long time. I previously attended college in 2012, but did not do well because of problems at home and because of my autism. I was non social because I was homeschooled and never aloud to leave home. I was scared to ask for tutoring. It was drilled in my head by my mother that I would never graduate college because I was to stupid. I was severely depressed and felt so little of my self. I had no one to go to. My father had just passed away and my mother hated me because I was Autistic. I lost hope during my second semester of college. My grades were to low and I was to scared to ask for help. Soon I was pulled out and forced back to the confining, abusive lifestyle at home. A blessing came into my life near the end of 2012. His name was Randal. He helped take me away from my mothers house and helped me get back on my feet. It has been four years now since then. I am stronger in who I am. I believe I am capable of graduating and reaching my career goal. I am no longer afraid of asking for help with tutoring. Having Autism does not mean you are stupid or incapable of learning! We just learn differently. I remind myself all the time that I can do this! I want to prove that even with Autism you can succeed in graduating college, and in getting your dream job. Sadly though because my GPA is so low from last time I attended. I was not accepted for student loans. I was accepted for my pell grant, but that just payed for my tuition, and books.I have put all my savings into paying for an apartment so I could be closer to campus to save on having to pay for gas to get to campus everyday. With bills now weighing down on my shoulders there is no money left for the school supplies that I need for my classes. Can you please find it in your heart to help a struggling student such as myself pay for school supplies for college.
