Please help my rescue heart-horse heal from a serious pastern injury

My rescue yearling filly suffered a horrible pastern accident, and she is facing multiple surgeries. She has already undergone the first surgery, but some help would be greatly appreciated to be able to keep going, with hopes of a full recovery 🐴. She is still in the hospital, and it will be a long journey until she will be able to heal. The doctors will have to operate on her pastern in a few months again, to stabilize her left hind pastern, after we are all clear of any sepsis caused by the bacteria getting into her joints
