Campaign Story
I have a very visible gap in my top teeth where a crowned tooth snapped off at the gum and am so embarrassed about it that I seldom smile lately. This tooth can't be fixed so needs to come out and be replaced with an implant which is not covered by my medical aid. As a result of severe hearing loss I was medically retired at age 49 and therefore have a very small pension. I am unable to pay the amount required for this procedure. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated.
