Playstation 4: Destiny the taken king bundle with 1yr plus membership

Hi my name is chad. I have had a rough year. My step mom passed away this November. I suffer from agoraphobia & have seizures, they greatly effect my daily life. I am not photosensitive. I don't have any friends to hangout with & socialize. I was excited when destiny came out & was able to get it release night. It was my first time chatting & playing with other players online. I had alot of fun. But my ps3 died in the first week of October this year.

I have calculated the total for the ps4 bundle & ps+ subscription, but not sure if it covers with the fees, I tried to set it to minimum needed. I miss playing destiny so much & chatting with friends! Words can't describe how happy I will be & amount of appreciation for getting me this!
