Welcome to PRIMER International's (PIML) fund raising campaign activated to enable you, our partners and principals , a safe channel to reach out and give assistance to the thousands of Filipinos whose lives have been shattered by Typhoon Ulysses , specifically in Cagayan Valley where residents experienced the worst flooding in 40years.

Houses submerged to the roofs, properties and livelihood lost , many only have the clothes on their backs as remnants of their simple lives now gone afoul. More than 151,600 families—composed of 583,493 individuals—were affected by Typhoon Ulysses in the Cagayan Valley region, leaving more than 2,200 families in evacuation centers.* Alive but still susceptible to hunger , depression and the ongoing threat of COVID 19.

In an effort to raise much needed support, rekindle a glimmer of hope and uplift their spirits in these disastrous times PRIMER International appeals to your sense of generosity and goodwill as any amount will go a meaningful way to help the people of Cagayan Valley.

The actual amount to be raised will be used to purchase and distribute "gift packs" containing food items to the families for their immediate sustenance. We estimate that every USD 56 can supply a family of 4 up to a week's supply of basic meals. Our intended target of $40,000 will reach about 715 families, not even 0.5% of those affected, but the adage: "every little bit counts " has never been so true.

We thank you in advance for caring about their plight, may you share this campaign as free and far ranging as possible. Your support will not only provide food on their table, but more so warmth in their hearts, hope in their spirits and joy deep in all of our souls.

Sincerely ,

Your PRIMER International family
