PGA Tour

My name is Ryan Eibner, I am 23 years old with a goal of playing on the PGA Tour. Recently I graduated from East Carolina University and I am working at Congressional Country Club in outside operations until the course closes due to the cold weather. This gives me a chance to earn a minimum salary and have a place to practice and play on my days off until November. Right now I am working with little time to practice and play.

My family has funded my golf through college, their financial situation has changed and are not able to keep the same level of funding. I am asking for financial backing so I can pay for practice facilities, instruction and entrance fee's for tournaments. My proposed budget for 2015 is $50,000. The majority of the budget will be spent on entrance fees for tournaments that average $1,200/tournament. Travel and housing make up the next most expensive part of the season. I try to be as frugal as possible signing up to stay with host families at the tournament sites.

Golf has given me the opportunity to get a College Degree that may not have happened since I suffer from Dyslexia. I worked extra hard to pass my classes to stay eligible so I could play. As I travel to tournaments I would like to contact schools and churches to talk to youth about overcoming obsticles and setting goals.

Through my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I have been able to succeed in understanding what is important in life and would like to use my career in golf to be an example of Christ's living in my life.
