Laptop and Digital Camera Appeal

Greetings from sunny Kenya!

I am George Otieno Ouma the leader of Organic Permaculture Skill Center Kenya (OPSCK) in Odienya Village, Rongo, Kenya.

Together with my wife Josephine Pilly Otieno, I have been working extremely hard the last few years to establish the OPSCK. We have been taking in volunteer trainees for some time and the response from the community was great! That is why we are growing so much.

We are asking for you to help us raise funds to buy 2 Laptops and to build a library for the village youth.

The OPSCK farm has become the social center for our community. l want to give back to our community by inviting more people to come and learn about permaculture while helping in the farm with practical educational experiences.

All the produce from the crops are shared between all members.

We also need funds to buy shade nets.This will allow plants to grow easier despite the conditions of changing weather and extreme rain or heat. This will allow me to grow plants of different varieties especially the local crops which we want to become our main focus.

We would like to start this next project as soon as possible. I am appealing once again to like minded and generous hearted people who love the Earth and Care for people and can spare a few dollars towards this cause. Together, we can achieve great things.
