Hello. My name is Desiree and I'm 16 years old. I live with a low income single mother and I have 5 brothers and sisters. My oldest sister is attending college soon so she doesnt have any extra money to help me out. I have been requested to study abroad but I have absolutely nothing to take with me. I have no luggage and barely any clothes. I'd love for anything to be able to travel to another country. I've never left far from my state and I feel as if this is a great opportunity for my education and to experience new things. I'll be so greatful if anyone were to help me out. I'm sorry I'm terrible at convincing people but I can't express how much this would mean to me to see the world .
The money will go towards me paying the tuition which is $14,900 for the trips), getting clothes and shoes (I'll be there for the entire summer and I really have nothing) , I need luggage and I have to pay to get my things over there and back. I'm a very daring and adventurous peron. I love learning about the world and learning about new things and the countries I will be going to are ones I've wanted to go to for a long time. If I dont reach my goal I'll see what I can do with what I have. If it's not enough to get the things I need, I'll just give it to my auntie because she's having surgery and she'll be out of work for a little over 6 months so I'll do anyhtng to help her out.
