People to People

Hi, I'm Amanda and  this year I have been invited to travel and study in England, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Australia and Switzerland in the summer of 2014 with People To People,  an educational exploration program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. (http://www.peopletopeople.com/). I believe I was chosen because of my involvement in school(3 years of art club, Aspira, Chorus, Poetry club and Debate) The program is mostly focused on global awareness, allowing young adults to experience different cultures and have a different perspective of the world around us. In 2012 P.T.P earned 190,000+ learning hours. while on the trip we will offer service to the diffrent cultures we interact with and give back to the community.  It would be such a great experience if I am able to go on this trip. I would highly appreciate even a small amount of money. Thank you.
