“Penari” / “The Dancer” . A Short Horror Film

Hi my group and I are making a short horror film for our FYP (Final Year Project). In order to achieve that we need extra money around $1000 to shoot our short horror film. The title of the film is “Penari” or in English “The Dancer”

The story is about a young girl name Nisa who went on a journey to find out about her family’s past. Her mother and her aunts have been keeping their family’s past a secret. Nisa and her close friends (Abel, Luna and Aji) decided to find a dancer who is known to have some connection to Nisa’s family in the past. When they reach the village in Purwokerto, they were shocked with what they have discovered and the journey doesn’t end there.

My group and I are planning to shoot in 2 locations in Indonesia (Jakarta and Purwokerto). The money that is raised from here would be used to pay the talents from a drama community in Jakarta, to rent equipments ( light, drone, dolly, stabiliser, generator; as we are shooting in a forest too ) . We believe that with this amount of money we would be able to achieve what we want.
