Hello everyone!
Thanks to the first wave of donations in June (totalling over £1200!) we have been able to make our meals every Tuesday for the past 18 weeks. This is thanks to everyone who was able to share our page and to those who were able to donate, it is great to see how directly your support translates into hot food.
We are now at a stage where most of the donation money has been used on produce so we are re opening our donations page! This is a very important project to us and it is one that we intend to continue and maintain, and with your help we are able to do so, so if you have the means please consider donating, and if you can’t please share our page with your friends!
And as always, huge shout out and thank yous to the Pie n Mash crew, who organise all of this to come together, please check them out if you haven’t already, and look into Mutual Aid in your area!!
Love and solidarity

Hey guys,
Firstly we would like to thank all of you for the overwhelming support you have shown us over the past few days. With your donations, we are going to raise meal counts each week, hoping to extend outreach to more people. If you know of any group or organisation that would benefit from weekly meals please contact us and let us know! We would love to work with anyone supporting marginalised young people in the area.
We are now in the position to keep this running for a while longer thanks to you guys, and we will be posting weekly updates on this page, sharing recipes and photos of the food we are sending out.
Once again we thank you for all of your support, and if you are visiting now the donations have closed, please donate to these organisations instead.

We are a community kitchen based in Peckham, preparing over seventy hot meals each Tuesday.
We've been running out of the Artusi kitchen whilst it's closed, working alongside a Mutual Aid group who distribute the food to people without addresses in Peckham Square.
Due to Covid-19, the need for community based aid is higher than ever, and us being out of work, we decided to contribute in the best way we can. In the current social and political climate, it's become clear that Mutual Aid networks are the most efficient ways to directly impact our communities. This is not a temporary solution. We aim to maintain a community kitchen indefinitely, and your contributions make this possible.
We are looking to raise funds for produce each week. As distribution is run by the Mutual Aid, and we are generously allowed to use Artusi's kitchen, we have minimised costs to around £1 per meal. We thank you for any contribution you are able to make.
If you can't donate, please share with friends and family, and find ways to get involved with Mutual Aid in your area! :)
Blessings, love, and solidarity!
