PBA Alumni Scholarship Program

Welcome to the 2016 Prairie Baseball Academy Alumni Scholarship Drive. It is the Alumni's major fundraiser for the year and assists in developing our program focused on athletes securing a valuable education while pursuing their goals in the sport of baseball. The Prairie Baseball Academy is entering its 22nd season this fall and we are committed to engaging our alumni of over 600 to be part of taking the program to even higher levels. Coach Hubka, in his 7th year as Head Coach of PBA, thanks everyone for their help of the 2016/17 Prairie Baseball Academy.

Each year at the Celebration of Baseball Banquet, the Prairie Baseball Academy awards scholarships in excess of $75,000 annually to its athletes for athletic and academic performance. Part of the scholarship program includes scholarships collectively given by the PBA Alumni, now over 700 strong!

This year, 7 individuals are going to represent each 3 year period in the 21 year history of Prairie Baseball Academy. They will join Alumni President Rob Greeno at the Scholarship presentation and assist in handing out the scholarships to the deserving players. An alumni appreciation night, open to all PBA alumni, will be open to the alumni on Friday January 20 at Lloyd Nolan Yard.
