Campaign Story
Ecentially, college tuition isn't kind to students and as an incoming Freshman in Fall 2013, I am trying to raise money to deminish the debt pile I can see in the near future. Being an immigrant and having a single mother has been quite a journey and I feel my knees slowly buckling under the pressure so it's up to the kind people out there to insure that I get a chance at an education and a lighter load of debt by the time I graduate.
Something personal about me: I've been rejected from some great schools, but have been accepted into UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, LMU and several others. I'm planning to stay in California since the tuition outside of Cali is unbelievable, and I do volunteer work with the Red Cross, Santa Monica Pier, and several environmental organizations (Heal the Bay, Surfrider Foundation, ect,.). Also I manage to cook, eat what I cook, read, meet up with friends, hike, spend time with my mom, and of cousre sleep.

I don't think I have anything to offer, but if I do (or don't) reach my goal, I will donate all of my AP preparation books to students in need/school/library. BUT! If I actually end up raising 20,000 then I will donate 1,000 to a charity of your choice in your name. (your* - the person eligible) Evidence will be presented in some way shape or form.
