Pay off Covid Debt

In 2019, I embarked on a project to renovate and flip a house, aiming to demonstrate to local government the potential of the area. With their support, I intended to revitalize run-down properties and create affordable housing. Despite initial enthusiasm, the Chancellor, who had pledged to visit the property, stopped responding to my calls and messages in 2020, amidst the challenges of COVID-19.

Unable to secure government backing, I pivoted to my original plan of renting out the property. However, the pandemic made finding tenants difficult, ultimately forcing me to sell the property at a loss. Now, I find myself facing the last payment of R270 000 ($14 000), seeking your support to overcome this setback and continue my mission to improve housing in our community.
