There are so many people who stand to lose their jobs because of COVID-19. At the Paxton Hotel we are fully aware that we are not the only ones. But we would like to make you aware of the plight of our own staff members. The hotel industry is hit very hard as we will likely be out of jobs for months. Government assistance in South Africa is very limited and not sufficient. We need extra help urgently!
By contributing to our campaign, you will help over 30 people keep their jobs and help their families survive the Covid-19 unemployment hardship. We are doing our best to keep the hotel up and running, but need additional funds to pay salaries. The length of time that we have no guests, because of national and international travel bans, will exceed our cashflow capacity. Our staff members are and will be suffering. You can help!
If you are more fortunate during this global crisis and feel you could make a contribution, please consider making a donation as soon as possible towards others who are at risk of losing their livelihood! Help SOMEONE - help us! Anything will help, even as little as € 10.
