Patrick’s Medical Mission to Guatemala

I am going on my first, of many, medical mission trips. I am a final year nursing student at Sam Houston State University and I will be gaining valuable skills in community nursing while working on my Spanish. Once I graduate I plan to make volunteering my primary occupation.

This trip is organized through International Volunteer Headquarters, and locally by Maximo Nivel, I will be placed with a clinic for the week, providing care to an under-served community in Antigua, Guatemala. I am not proficient in Spanish or nursing, but that is my goal. Help me help others by reducing my costs for this and future work. I am only asking for the program fees ($630) and I will cover all the travel expenses. THANK YOU for helping.
