Path to a healthier life

Hi.

I am an 18 year old male who has lived a very unhealthy and therefore unhappy life

I weigh 109.4 Kg and have recently decided to take control of my life and change myself in a positive way by losing weight and finally being able to look at myself and not feel shame.

I need this donation because i can not afford to buy a the necessary healthy foods and the gym membership.

Please help me change my life .

I will update regularly on my goal.
