Pam Green’s Second Chance

Many of us have come to know Pam Green (pictured with her son) over the the last year as the incredible soul who took time out of her busy day to recognize and acknowledge a homeless guy at the robot with his CV asking for a job. Since then Pam has started and grown an organization called #secondChances, giving those in need a helping hand.

Pam has dedicated every waking minute and ALL her personal finances to helping others through #SecondChances...well now its our turn to give her a second chance.

What no one knows is that the past year has taken a toll on Pam's health, and she has pushed through this. Even standing on the street corner recently to get funding for those she is helping, whilst suffering with bronchitis.

Pam's health deteriorated over the last 2 weeks which forced her to visit her doctor, and she was then hospitilised.

Again she down played the severity of what was going on, and was more concerned about how she was going to keep helping others while trying to get better.

A cancerous tumour has been found in Pam's stomach. It is treatable, but it is going to be a process, and she will have to take more time off work. The loss of income, coupled with her already strained finances, and the cost of her medical treatment is a big cause of the stress she is going through.

We need more people like Pam in this world and we need Pam to continue her amazing work by making the world a better place by helping each other.
