Painless by Christmas Please? Spinal cord injury

For settling medical bills from injury, was not treated properly leading to loss of daily life and increasing pain/immobility, acupuncture/massage therapy for pain.

I'm trying to resolve the debt/pain from being hit by a truck while walking on a gravel road. Left shoulder blade was struck by a drunk driver going 50 mph while I was walking in daylight, the force caused me to spin, causing a hard blunt force to my lower spine. (I grew up shingling and have really strong shoulders, keep in mind) Sanford ER took an X-ray of my shoulder, the lack of damage to my shoulder blade was enough for them to not acknowledge that my lower spine had been struck despite being told. Since the hospital only checked my shoulder blade, through x-ray (only showing bone injury) I have a plethora of damages continuing to get worse in my lower spine, i'm currently unable to lay flat on my back, when i have tried before the lowest part of my spine locks. Everyday the pain adds on to something else, causing stress in-between my shoulder blades, leading up to the back of my neck. The muscles on both sides of my spine (back of the neck) have been raised a half an inch over my spine from just swelling. I frequently get these pinches that make it unbearable to walk.

The pain is bringing back migraines, loss of sleep, loss of confidence, comfortability, ability to work manual labor again, mental issues I could have never imagined before this (I struggling with going into public places like Walmart, CVS, Movie theater, restaurants now) emotionally this has been the biggest roadblock for me, and now physically due to not being correctly treated. This has caused so much trouble in my life,the driver has not shown his face or returned to make anything right. Even $5 will help and won't go unnoticed, any supports moves mountains!

P.S. I am deeply afraid of hospitals, I've always believed in healing on your own, which is why i think iv'e done okay for this long. I'll be 21 next week and that was my first and only time being at the hospital, let alone to any doctor since i stay perfectly healthy on my own.
