We seek funds for the acquisition and Building of 8 Free Standing Units at KaiKai Development next to the sleepy town of Port Nolloth.

A Family-marketed, 3-bedroom "boutique style" Free Standing Houses specializing in a Family "getaway" to provide relaxation and recreation in Port Nolloth, a popular tourism spot located next to the Richtersveld Northern Cape along the West Coast.

The Free Standing Houses will be divided into 2 week periods over the duration of 1 year. These 24 Shares will be sold as Shared Ownership/fractural Ownership.

Shared ownership means you can purchase a share in the resort, which entitles you to the use of a unit you choose at a time that you prefer to travel.

Basically it means owning your own holiday unit, but only for the time you want to use it, typically two weeks a year and at a fraction of whole ownership cost.

As an owner of the two weeks at a fully furnished self-catering Free Standing House, you will have exclusive usage time of your house every year over the same season without having to worry about availability

Moderately priced between the high-line Free Standing Houses properties and the older existing Houses, P.R.E.T. Resort shall fill an affordability niche not presently available in Port Nolloth.
