Ouzo urethra surgery

My little man is 6yrs old. He has been having constant uti infections. After his first unblocking it has created scare tissue in his urethra. When it gets inflamed he gets backed up again. We had to bring him in again to be unblocked. This time my vet has said that he really will need the surgery to reconstruct his urethra pathway so he can go to the bathroom. I do not want to lose my baby. He means so much to me and my husband. He always greets us when we get home. We know when he's sick. He is in over night care right now.
