Our Son was Wrongfully Accused

My son was accused of assuaging his ex-girlfriend. She went to the DA and asked to drop the charges because she lied. She said she thought if she filed charges, it would force him to go back to her. Because he has 2 felony convictions over 10 years ago, the DA will not drop the charges. My son has worked so hard to stay out of trouble. Because of his priors, he is at risk to going to jail and is looking at 20 to life. Both myself and his father are US Army Veteran’s and doing what we can.
