In August 2014 I was injured at work. I tore the tendons in my quad and had to have surgery to have them re-attached. The doctor finally released me to go back to work this past March. I was receiving worker's comp but as anyone knows that is only a percentage of the wages you were getting, which means we had to use up the little bit of savings we had. My wife and I have decided that it is finally time to stop renting and buy a home. Not just any home but a "forever" home. We have been renting all of our adult lives and figure we can afford a house payment for the same or less than what we pay for rent. But since our savings have been depleted we could use a little help with the down payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!! John  BB)O(
