Orthotics for Leah

This is a new one for me, I've never asked for help before but medical bills have been piling up recently and I don't have the money to replace my orthotics that were stolen.  I have cerebral palsy (I walk funny) and ever since my orthotics were stolen I have had a lot more leg pain.  I have a full time job but I don't have health insurance because of my cerebral palsy so I have to pay all of my medical bills out of pocket.  Unfortunately, I simply can't afford to have new orthotics made which is why I am asking for help.

I appreciate any help more than you know and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't feel like I was simply out of options.  It is $500 to get the medical grade orthotics that I need.  Any amount is greatly appreciated.  Or even if you know some way or know of a doctor who can help me by charging less or something, that would be great too.  I promise you I won't take any donation for granted.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.
