Orthognatic Surgery Class 3

I have a severe class 3 orthognatic deformation on my jawbone, that has accompanied me throughout my whole life. it has affected my breathing as well as my teeth, and made my face warped and severely asymmetrical; plus other health issues that come with bad chewing of the food and stomach problems, and the psychological effects throughout childhood.

from age 12 to 30 i lived with wanting to be different.

at age 16 i knew i had some deformation due to my jaw be bendt, but was still very yound and most dentists said braces would fix it...

nothing truly worked and by growing with the condition everyone assumed it was normal that my face was like that.

i feel that i lived my youth hiding myself and assumed of who i am because of this deformity.

never truly living who i am, like a ghost inside a shell.

I'm still waiting to live, hoping i can do this surgery and be free of this condition.

it feels like a prison, i don't see myself in the mirror, i can't recognize as myself and i hate what i have become.

My teeth are becoming fragile due the condition my gums is because of the deformation. it urgently needs the surgery to fix it.

my cheekbones are caved-in due the jaw being forward and bendt, the nose become crooked.

i breathe through one nortril, and one eye doesn't properly close during the sleep.

i always have bad cough because of the stomach reflux since i can't chew aliment properly.

I want to be free and change what i have become, i have a chronic depression that feels like part of my personality and everywhere i go with my story its always rejected and ignored.. I'm asking for help about 4 years now, feeling hopeless and ashamed to be begging online for any help and being ignored everywhere i go.
