Opening an HVAC and electric company in Croatia

Hello, I've been working in the ventilation industry for over 10 years, and 2 months ago me and my 7 colleagues got fired from our job because the company made some mistakes in Germany and couldn't pay the fees they were given in court.

So I decided to take faith into my hands and start my own company because if I don't me and my colleagues would have to leave Croatia and work in some other country, and I don't like that idea for my family or my colleagues.

I've asked for a personal loan of 20,000€, and I've asked for 18,000€ from EU projects for self-employment.

that is enough to start a company but with only 3 of my colleagues.

I need another 50,000€ so I could hire all of them and have enough funds to make it true for the first 6 months, and buy everything we need.

We need tools, transport vehicles, a wardrobe, and funds for the first 3 months' salaries because every job we do has a minimal payment delay of 60days.
