Since March of 2020 our children have been the undeserving victims of physical and psychological abuse.

Schools, which are supposed to be the safest places and centres for learning and socialization have been turned into factories of compliance, isolation and conflict.

Parents have had to choose between exposing their kids to this mental torture and anguish or having children at home staring at screens and longing for human, face to face contact.

It’s enough. We have followed the models, the nonsense rules and the results have been an unmitigated disaster.

They will not produce the science, they will not hold open debates and engage parents.

Ontario children should be in school without masks and without fear!

Thank you for expressing interest in legal action to address the unwarranted restrictions, closures and mandates that have been imposed in our schools and on our children.We are asking for your support as a parent or guardian to put an end to forced medical procedures on our children in Ontario schools, including mask wearing and PCR testing.

As you are well aware, since the second half of the 2019/20 school year, children’s rights have been violated in return for no discernible benefit to them. Their health and well being have been put at severe risk by unelected and unaccountable public health officials, who summarily closed schools and then introduced a slew of unproven “health measures” in a misguided attempt to ensure children’s safety.Since very early on during the pandemic, it has been clear that

• Children’s risk of serious illness and death from COVID-19 is lower than their risk of serious illness and death from seasonal influenza
• Children do not catch or transmit COVID-19 as easily as adults do, and so in school settings adults are more likely to infect children than vice versa
• Schools are the safest places for our kids to be
• School closures have a negligible impact on spread of COVID-19 in a community
• Mask mandates have no detectable impact on the spread of COVID-19 in school settings
• Mask-wearing is associated with poor respiratory function, lower cognitive functioning, and reduced social development in children.

Children in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Switzerland and several states in the US are all attending school as normal, with no masks, and there has been no associated rise in COVID-19 cases, let alone hospitalizations or deaths, in the schools or in their communities. In much of Scandinavia, notably Sweden, schools were never closed, and masks were never required of children.

In all of Canada, official statistics indicate that precisely 16 (sixteen) people under the age of 20 have died with COVID-19, i.e. not necessarily of COVID-19 (at end August 2021). For context: at least 20 people under the age of 20 died from seasonal influenza every year from 2015 to 2019.The little that is publicly available about the 16 who died with COVID-19 (e.g., a baby that died in March/April 2021 at the B.C. Children’s Hospital) indicates that they were already ill with serious co-morbidities.

It makes absolutely no sense to vaccinate children with a vaccine whose long-term effects on the body are unknown, to protect them against such vanishingly small risk.Indeed, there is evidence that the risk to children of vaccine injury or death is higher than the risk of illness and death from COVID-19.In any case, it is simply unjustifiable to discriminate against children (or any people) who decline to take COVID-19 vaccines for any reason.
